GUARANTEE PROTECTION FOR HOVERBOARDS, ELECTRIC BICYCLES, ELECTRIC SCOOTERS
The standard warranty period is 2 years from the date of purchase of the product. The warranty period of the ba�ery is 6 months from the
date of purchase of the product. The products sold by Xplorer GMBH are for domes�c use only. The products are not intended for
professional use or use in the non-stop regime. The guarantee is valid only if the consumer can show a proof of purchase (invoice or receipt),
the guarantee cer�ficate and the no�fied device. We recommend that the defec�ve devices be accompanied by a detailed descrip�on of the
damage.
WARRANTY TERMS
1.Failure to follow the manufacturer's instruc�ons will result in the loss of the warranty.
2.Warranty shall cease to apply in the following situa�ons: accidental use (eg electrical, mechanical or technical shock, storage in high
humidity, foreign objects in the unit), inappropriate handling or transport, improper installa�on, altera�on or adapta�on, fire , accidents,
interven�on on the part of the company Xplorer GMBH unauthorized persons, supply and voltages and frequencies that are not intended
by the manufacturer, so�ware apps of the customer, the use of foreign equipment that is not approved by the company Xplorer GMBH or
not expressly recommended.
3.The company Xplorer GMBH is not liable for accidents or damage that does not occur in connec�on with produc�on errors or damage to
the device.
4.If the consumer claims the guarantee without a defect, the la�er will have to pay the equivalent of the work for the diagnosis and, if
necessary, the equivalent of the transport.
5.Xplorer GMBH is not liable for the loss of informa�on stored on the device. We recommend that you make a copy before sending the
device to the service because the informa�on may be lost during repair.
6.When purchased check that the accessories and instruc�ons for use are complete. The device must operate accordingly and show no
visible damage or defects in components or accessories.
