USB Recorder  (Only  certain  

models) 

 

Recording 

If you want to record  the  current   program,  first   connect  a  USB memory to  one  of the  USB ports  

(please  note  all the notes  on  page  12) and  then press  the  

button.

   By  pressing  the button  

again,  you  can specify a  time  after which  the  recording  should be  stopped  automatically.  The   
button allows  you to play back the  current  recording  from  the  beginning.  You  can  manually stop  
recording    by pressing   the   

button.

   Confirm  the  security query  with  the  

OK

  key. 

   

Note:The  receiver    has    only  one  receiver  part    (tuner).  Therefore,  it  is    not  possible  to    switch      to  

other    transmitters    at  will    during  recording.    If    you  want  to  switch  during  recording,  you  need  a  
XORO receiver  with  TWIN tuner(two receivers)and  a  correspondingly  upgraded  receiver.   

 

 

Timeshift (Time-shifted  TV) 

If you want to use   the  Timeshift feature,  first connect  a  USB memory to the USB port, and   then 

press  the  

||

 button.  Image and  sound  are  paused,the receiver  starts to cache the  TV program  on  

the  USB device.  With  the button you can  continue the  TV program  completely.  The  scrolling  (  )  
buttons allow  you to rewind and  rewind data within   the  cached  data.  The  

STOP 

button  (

)

stops    

the  timeshift  function. 

  

The  Recorded  broadcasts  can  BE  SEEN  above  the 

PVR

From        the    recording  list,  select  the    file    you    want  to  rename.    Press    the

keyboard appears on the  screen.  Use the  navigation keys to select the individual  letters  of the  new  
file name  and  use   the

 key to match  each  letter.   When  the  new  name is ready, navigate to 

the "OK" field and press the  

OK

  button. 

  

Delete recording 

From        the   recording  list, select  the    file    you    want  to  delete.   Press   the   

YELLOW 

  button.  The  

selected  file  is marked with  a  "checkmark  ".   Press the  

OK

  button and  confirm  the  security 

query  with  the  

OK

  button.
