Maintenance
NOTE:
ONLY QUALIFIED PERSON IS ALLOWED TO UNDERTAKE THE
MAINTENANCE SERVICES.
(1)
Please conduct a yearly inspection of the lift.
(2)
The motor is maintenance free. Please contact the service center if it is not
working properly.
(3)
Please perform full travel of the lift and look out for abnormal noise or
inconsistent movement.
(4)
Please check all the projector cables are tied nicely along the scissor arms.
(5)
Please check for any looseness of bolts and nuts on scissor arms. (Fig.1)

Please open up the motor housing, check on the motor mounting on both
ends to ensure that the motor brackets are securely fastened and no
accessible movement when hold down the drums with both ends and shake.
