2 To start sending or receiving video again, click the Preview button on the Local or Remote
window.
You can also pause the video using the right mouse menu on the Conference Center.
Working While Conferencing
Seeing each other while you talk may be all the videoconferencing that you want to do. But the C-it
software offers many more features to help you get the most out of videoconferencing. This section
explains those features.
Conferencing with Another Participant
Several people can participate in a videoconference, but only two of you can conference at a time.
The two windows (Local and Remote) show the two who are conferencing.
To switch among the participants to videoconference:
1 Click the Person's name in the list of participants. That person is selected.
You can also click the up or down arrows to move through the list of participants.
2 Click the A/V button on the Video Conference Center to switch to that person.
The Remote window displays the image from that Person's camera.
You can also use the right mouse menu on the Conference Center to switch to others.
Sharing Work
While conferencing, the other participants can see any open application on your computer that you
decide to share with them. The others participants do not need to have the application installed or
open on their computers.
To share work:
1 Open the application and file that you want to share.
2 Click and hold down the Share button.

selected and will appear in the

Click any other participant in
the list to select that person.
Click to switch to that
person. Click up / down
arrow to select another from
