Printing the Reports/Lists
This section describes various reports/lists that can be printed from the printer.
Types of the Reports/Lists
The printer can print the following reports/lists in addition to print jobs from its clients.
Report/List Name
(Name on the Control Panel)
Description
Printer Settings
(Printer Settings)
Lists the total number of prints, the printer's hardware configuration, network
information, and the status of various settings. Print this list to see if the options
are correctly installed on the printer.
Panel Settings
(Panel Settings)
Lists the values of the settings configured on the control panel.
PCL Font List
(PCL Font List)
Lists the supported PCL fonts and samples of these fonts.
PCL Macro List
(PCL Macro List)
Lists the information about the PCL macros downloaded to the printer.
PostScript
®
Font List
(PS Font List)
Lists the supported PostScript fonts and samples of these fonts.
PDF Font List
(PDF Font List)
Lists the supported PDF fonts and samples of these fonts.
Job History Report
(Job History)
Lists the last 20 print jobs processed on the printer. You can print this report to
check the completion status of your job.
You can program your printer to automatically print this report after every 20
jobs using the control panel. For more details, refer to "Auto Job History" (P.
89).
Error History Report
(Error History)
Lists up to the latest 42 jam errors and 42 fatal errors that occurred in the
printer.
Meter Report
(Print Meter)
Lists the number of printed pages/sheets to date by computer (job owner).
This report cannot be printed when the Authentication feature is enabled. The
[Auditron Report] can be printed instead.

Auditron Report
(Print Meter)
When the Authentication feature is enabled, selecting [Print Meter] prints this
report.
This report lists the number of pages/sheets printed to date by each user.

Prints a sample of the document (A4 Sample / 2-Sided Sample) to check the
printer's performance.
