From the Deleting Printer dialog box, select the printer you use and
click
Delete .

Check the contents and click Yes .

When the printer icon is deleted, the following dialog box will be
displayed.
Click OK .

Open the Printers and Faxes (or Printers) window and confirm that the
printer selected in Step 4 is deleted.
From the Start menu, click Printers and Faxes (or Settings > Printers depending on the OS) to
display the Printers and Faxes (or Printers) window.

Click Exit on the Fuji Xerox Setup Menu dialog box.

Take out the CD-ROM from the CD-ROM drive.
This completes the deletion of the installed printer icon.
