WHAT WE LIKED
•
E-mail notification can be setup by the administrator
to alert up to two personnel to respond to service calls,
misfeed removal, low consumables, etc. These e-mail
alerts can be set so that they are sent on a pre-defined
schedule or when an event is triggered.
•
Management tools such as MailLinx Alerts and
PrintingScout enable administrators to track jobs and
monitor consumables.
•
The ability to access online support tools via Centre-
Ware Internet Services, as well as download software and
print drivers, and quickly access technical support
information located on the Xerox Web site.
WHAT WE WOULD LIKE TO SEE
•
The ability to promote, cancel or pause print jobs from
the desktop and/or at control panel would enable
administrators to make sure high-priority jobs are printed
first, and would also enable them to cancel jobs sent by
mistake.
