Document Centre Technical Support Operations

1. Select

2. For Printer Description select the generic PPD for your Document Centre.
3. By default, the paper size is set to custom. Ensure that the paper size is set to the
desired size. If not, the print job is held at the printer, requesting resources.
4. Select

] to access the Adobe PS or LaserWriter printer driver interface.
5. Select

Make all of your print
options (including collation)
in the printer driver.

The preference files may
be corrupted.

These files are regenerated
by the system automatically
when you configure your
driver in the Chooser again.
