Using the tools to edit an image
Each tool on the tool palette has a special purpose: making a selection,
adding text, painting, and so on.
Using a tool
To use a tool:

Click the tool to make it active.
Moving a selection
To move a selection around within the image:

To drag the selection, use the tool you used to make it (the lasso or the selection
rectangle).
