Run ScDvr program in the beginning.

8-5.4.1 Add new DVR information.

When you use ScDvr program first time, you must enter and save DVR’s information. Pl
ease press the “Add” then enter the DVR’s Name/ IP/ Port/ Username/ Password, after t
hese information fill. Click “GO” this button will connect to the DVR and save these DV
