Programming the CRMWIC to communicate to the XTRALINK IP:
To configure the CRMWIC Web Intelligent Controller to communicate to the XTRALINK IP as configured
above:
1.
Log into the CRMWIC (See CRMWIC Quick Start Guide)
2.
Select and highlight the
Event
the Action will be assigned to.
3.
Select
Add Action
4.
Select
Telnet
under the
Type
Drop Down menu.
5.
Enter the IP Address of the XTRALINK IP as configured above in the
Output to
field.
6.
Enter the Serial String to be sent in the
Output Value
field.
