Wipe the exterior with a soft, lint-free, clean cloth dampened
with a neutral (without abrasives, ammonia, or chlorine)
detergent.
Caution:
Never use ammonia-based cleaners on or around
the printer. This may cause permanent damage to
the toner cartridge or to the printer’s case. Also,
never spray or pour solutions directly on the
printer. Always put the solution on the cloth and
wipe the printer with the cloth. Make sure the
solution does not get inside the printer, ports, air
vents, or power cord areas.

Wipe the printer dry with a clean, dry, lint-free cloth.
4.
Give the printer a few minutes for any damp areas to dry
thoroughly.
5.
Reconnect any interface cables and the power cord.
Cleaning the Anti-Static Teeth
You should clean the anti-static teeth when you change the toner
cartridge or if paper jams frequently occur.
