Before Installation
RevoSpray system and spraying bars should be removed before installation.
Drain the Liquid
Clean the device before installing the RevoCast system as pesticides are caustic and could corrode the
device, shortening its lifespan. The cleaning steps are as follows:
Detergent: soapy water or laundry powder/water mixture
A. Liquid Tank: Clean the interior and wipe the surface of the liquid tank with a rag.
B. Aircraft:
① Fill the liquid tank with soapy water or the laundry/water mixture. Start spraying manually within the
XAG One App to clean pesticide residues in the RevoSpray system.
② Fill the liquid tank with clean water. Start spraying manually to wash off residual soapy water or the
laundry powder/water mixture in the RevoSpray system.
③ Place the empty liquid tank in the aircraft and start spraying until all tubes are drained, avoiding dam-
age to other objects caused by residual liquid during flight.
④ Wring out the damp rag and wipe the surface of the aircraft to remove potion stains and mud.
Remove Spraying Bars
① Remove the cable cover on the spraying bar, detach the nozzle signal cable (6pin) and replace the
cover.
② Detach the liquid tube from the plastic bent tube and extract the nozzle signal cable from the bar.
③ Turn the quick-release knob counterclockwise to remove the bar.
④ Insert the cable organizer into the connector of the spraying bar, tighten the quick-release knob to
secure the organizer, and attach the nozzle signal cable to the organizer.
