INITIAL SET-UP

1.  Open the package and check that all parts are present and are 

not damaged. If anything is missing or damaged, please contact 

X-Tronic immediately for assistance (see back cover for contact 

information).

2.  Plug the power cord into the back of the unit.

3.  Plug the 3-Prong AC cord into a 110/120V grounded outlet to 

prevent electric shock or injury.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

1.  With the unit OFF - Determine if the component / device 

being powered is delicate and sensitive to high voltage. If it is, 

considering switching the 5V switch on the back of the unit to 

limit the voltage to 5V to prevent damage while powering the 

component/device.

2.  Press the power switch on the bottom left front side of the unit to 

turn it on - do NOT have any component / device hooked up to 

receive power yet.

3.  Set the Voltage and Amperage Limits required for the type of 

component  /device being powered.

4.  Determine if OCP (Continuous or Once) would be helpful - if so, 

press the respective button on the front of the unit, the indicator 

light with show that the appropriate OCP is active.

5.  Now that the unit is set, turn the power off (the settings will be 

retained when the unit is powered back on). 

6.  Attach the appropriate leads to the unit by plugging the banana 

plugs into the output power terminals and attaching the other end 

to the component / device.

7.  Press the power button to turn the unit back on and start the power 

flow.
