Indication
• The alarm emits 3 short
beeps.
• The red LED flashes once
per second together with
the beep.
• The initial smoke alarm beeps
continuously while the red LED
is flashing.
• Other interconnected smoke
alarms in the network receive
the signal after 5 seconds and
they will beep continuously
with the red LED flashing.
Release the test/hush button
and all smoke alarms will stop
beeping.
• The testing should be
completed within 3 minutes.
Note!
The test function accurately tests the alarm’s smoke sensing circuit without
the need of test smoke. If your smoke alarm fails to give an audible test signal,
please refer immediately to the troubleshooting guide at the end of this manual.
Never use open flames or flames to test the device.
