Smoke Alarm Test
The smoke alarm must be properly attached to the mounting plate before
it can be tested; otherwise it will not start up. Always make sure to test your
smoke alarms when they have been switched on for the first time or when
the group configuration has changed, in addition to the tests you should do
weekly, and of course when you have been away from your home for a long
time, for example after holidays or the like.
If your XS01-W is interconnected to other wireless smoke alarms, we
recommend that every individual smoke alarm is tested during the weekly
test and not only the interlinked function.
