Opacity
The Opacity function is used for making multiple measurement
calculations to determine Contrast Ratio or Percent Opacity.
Each measurement requires three readings (over-black, over-
white, and a measurement of the white backing). The final data
can be stored and displayed either as over-white, over-black, or
color at full hide (equivalent color @ 100% opacity) as
determined by configuration settings.
Several operations available in Opacity function are identical to
those available in the QA function. Therefore, the discussion of
these operations is not repeated for Opacity. For information
covering Project Selection, Standard Selection, Storage Operation,
Tagging Operation, Pass/Fail Operation, Sample Tools, and
Viewing the Reflectance Graph, refer to QA function.
