BEFORE EACH USE
Before Starting the Plate Compactor
Read and understand the safety and operating instructions of the engine’s Owner’s Manual.
Check:
1.
Oil level in engine (FIG-1)
2.
Fuel level
3.
Condition of air cleaner
4.
Tightness of external fasteners
5.
Condition of fuel lines
Inspect the plate compactor:
1.
Check all the bolts, nuts, and belts. Tighten any if necessary.
2.
Check the general condition of the plate compactor and its components. Clean any foreign
material (dirt, fragments, etc.) from the unit that may have been thrown off, causing injury.
