OPERATING THE AERIAL MOBILE FULL
BODY LIFT:
1. Refer to the sling IFU prior to use with the lift.
2. OPEN the LEGS of the Aerial to an appropriate width
to maneuver the lift around a chair, wheelchair or bed.
3. Position the Aerial as instructed by the sling IFU. (Fig.
2).
4. Place the sling loop over the sling bar hook and
ensure the safety latch closes. Repeat loop placement
per the sling IFU. (Fig. 3.)
5. Ensure that the rear WHEELS are UNLOCKED.
6. Raise the patient to the desired position.
7. Move the lift to the location of intended transfer.
8. Follow the sling IFU when lowering the patient and
removing the sling loops from the sling bar hooks.
9. Once the sling is no longer attached to the lift, move
the lift clear of the patient.
10. CLOSE LEGS.
11. PLUG IN MAINS (plug into a wall outlet) to ensure
battery is fully charged for next use.
