From an S3C Master Station, there is no need to program the number because
it has a keypad on the front of the phone to dial as you would a regular
telephone.

Press TALK/END.

Enter the number of the station you wish to call.

Answering calls
a.
Calls to an S3C will be answered automatically. When the S3C picks the phone up,
you will hear an audible beep and the LED will start flashing. The call will end
automatically as well and gives you an audible “they have hung up” followed by
the LED shutting off.
CONNECTING TO OTHER COMMAND CENTERS
Calls can be placed from one Command Center to another, similarly to an elevator phone or an
outside line. Additional hardware and cabling is required to accomplish this as shown in figure 1. The
elevator phone block depicts elevator phones capable of sharing a single line as with the Wurtec S3
Communicator phones.
