When logging in the Smart
Home APP, the status of
gateway is displayed as
“offline”.
a. Check whether the network is well;
b. Check whether the indicators of the gateway are well;
c. If both the network and the indicators are well, turn
off the electricity and reboot the gateway.

us.

When adding devices to the
gateway, the indicator displays
successful adding while there is
no hint on the device list of
the APP.
Try to
a. exit the network and then add to the designated
gateway;
b. Check the version of the gateway and build the
network and reboot. Then update to the latest version.
