PROBLEM RESOLUTION
Occasionally many apparent defects may be something simple to solve. If you notice
any problems with the equipment, check the following procedures.
Equipment Does Not Turn On
- Check if machine is turned on, the button ON/OFF must be pressed.
- Check that the equipment is in the Low Power mode. If so, disable the function.
- Check the battery charge level; it may be low. Connect the equipment to the charger
source that must be connected to the electrical network (or vehicle source). When
connecting, the LED will light red if the battery is charging, or green if fully charged.
Equipment Not Heating
- Check that the temperature is set correctly.
- Check that the cables are properly connected.
- Disconnect them from the power source for 5 minutes and connect it again.
No Mobile Connection
- Check if the Bluetooth mode is active; the symbol should be visible on the display.
- Check if there is no other mobile device connected. To release the connection, deactivate
and re-enable the Bluetooth.
Equipment Does Not Work on the Vehicle
- Check that vehicular cable is connected correctly.
- Check that the fuse is not blown.

The Equipment Does Not Operate on Electrical Network
- Check if the power cable is connected to the equipment, and the cable is connected to the
electrical network.
- Check if indicative LED is lit on the power supply.
