Using a flathead screwdriver, and MS Game Controller Device Calibration

Tool to guide you, carefully insert the screwdriver into the stick base until

you reach the small axis dial screws. While referencing the screen you can

re-center both the X & Y axis. Once complete, reverse steps 2, 1.
