Team VEOS allows multiple users to collaborate on same screen using the mouse and
keyboard at the same time.
Anyone can “jump” a mouse to one of the teamVEOS
displays and control it with the mouse and keyboard. In fact, more than one person can
be connected to the same screen simultaneously, allowing collaborative interaction.
To Start Collaboration:
1.
Login to Connect Me
2.
Open Participant List
3.
Select Screen Profile User
4.
Click on
Start
Collaboration
5.
Slide mouse to top of your desktop and Collaboration will begin and User can
control the teamVEOS system through his mouse and keyboard.
To revert at your system:
1.
Slide mouse towards bottom of your desktop and user will start working at his
own system
Multiple Users can start the collaboration in the same manner and do the interactive
works altogether without share their screens
