7. FAQ - Rectifying faults
Why are the device drivers for the not installed automatically when a USB cable is connected?
In combination with the WOW! software there are instances in certain Windows versions where Windows tries to find the
device drivers automatically but fails. The drivers must then be installed manually. See „7.1 Installing device
driver.“ Site 31.
What should be done if communication using Bluetooth does not work after it has been configured in the WOW!
software?
In this case, the Snooper device must be configured in the Windows Bluetooth environment as well.

7.1 Installing device driver.
The device drivers are required if the is connected to the computer with a USB cable.
Generally, the drivers are installed automatically when the device is connected to the computer.
Should this not be the case with some Windows versions in connection with certain WOW! software versions, the installa-
tion must be performed manually.
