NOTE!
After each cook wipe plates with moist cloth.
Temperature Adjustment
1. Locate the temperature calibrating screw on the rear of the toaster.
2. Open the top platen.
3. Position the surface probe at the centre of the lower platen.
4. Take temperature once the temperature ready indicator light comes on.(Should read 215°C + or –10°C)
5. Adjust the temperature adjusting screw with a screw driver by turning 1/8 of a turn each time. Turn
clockwise to increase temperature and anticlockwise to decrease temperature.
6. Repeat 3 and 4 until desired temperature is achieved.

After Hours
 The unit MUST be switched OFF
 Cleaning Procedure
 Clean Plates Daily (10 mins)
Materials Required
 Grill Cleaner
 Stainless Cleaner
 Cleaner pad
 Clean Sanitised Towel

Paper Towel
 Small Container of hot water.
IMPORTANT!
The temperature can only be adjusted after the toaster has been turned on and allowed
to operate through 2-3 cycles. Approximately 30 minutes
