Team Twin Edition is a racing wheelchair and ideal for usrs who wants to practice sports together with a helper.
This robust and light wheelchair is powered by the mobile partner. It ensures both a good, healthful seating
position and high running comfort.
The Team Twin Edition is an enhanced version of the Wolturnus Amasis racing wheelchair that has been used at
the Paralympic Games. Amasis athletes have set new world records in their disciplines. Amasis is renowned for
its light weight and for its unsurpassed strength and speed - features that have been retained in the Team Twin
Edition model. The light and robust Team Twin Edition wheelchair is propelled by the mobile partner. It is availa

ble in three sizes and many colours. It is available for both children and adults. The Team Twin Edition wheelchair
features include a height-adjustable push rim, foot plate, neck support and Team Twin spoke protectors. The ra

cing wheelchair is also available as a customised model that can be separated for easy transportation (image 2).

4 Delivery and Preparations before Usage

Wolturnus A/S delivers the wheelchair ready for use. All configurations that are part of the order have been
made or will be set up upon delivery by the supplier or a consultant. The wheelchair is adapted to meet the
user’s personal preferences and requirements.
The wheelchair’s functions can be tested by following the instructions in section 6 in th
is manual.

4.2 Preparation before Usage
Before starting to use the wheelchair, it must be inspected to ensure that it is complete (checklist image 3, page
15) and that all functions are in proper working order. Wolturnus A/S delivers the wheelchair ready for use.
