SOLUTION
Check power cord and
power source.
Check that all parts have been
assembled correctly.
Check Hopper is clear and not blocked.
Check that large hard seeds have been
removed before juicing and are not stuck
in the machine.
Turn machine off and switch to reverse
for 3 seconds.
Disassemble Bowl section and clear
remaining pulp.
Motor is overheated. Turn power switch
to off position and unplug from wall
outlet. Wait 15 minutes before restarting.
Squeaking sound is normal, however do
not run the machine without any food.
Be sure the silicone pad is tightly in
place after cleaning.
Refer to this use & care guide for proper
usage and juicing tips. Remember not to
overstuff food or force food down the
Hopper.
Cut food into smaller pieces, especially
fibrous foods to avoid fibers wrapping
around the Auger. Insert food at a slower
pace and allow all food pulp to eject
from the unit before adding more.
This is commonly caused by excess food
in the Bowl. Press the reverse button for
3-5 seconds. Repeat process 2 -3 times.
Then push Bowl slightly upward while
turning counterclockwise.
Press the reverse button for 3-5 seconds.
Repeat process 2 -3 times. You can then
press down on the top of the Hopper
while turning counterclockwise.
