adjustment at the lower load - soft start
- Remove the protective screw from the zero point adjusting
screw with a Torx screwdriver.
- Restart the condensing boiler by pressing the "Reset but
-
ton".
- Check and correct (if required) the CO
2
content approx. 20 s
after the burner start with the CO
2
tester, by fine adjusting
the zero point adjusting screw with Torx in accordance with
the table. This adjustment must be made within 180 s after
the burner start. If necessary, press "Reset" to repeat the
start phase for the adjustment.
- During this adjustment, there must be no DHW operation!
- Tighten the protective screw again
- turn clockwise - higher CO
2
content
- turn anti-clockwise - lower CO
2
content

D) Completing the adjustments
- Shut down the boiler and close the test ports and hose
connection nipples again. Check the gas supply line and
hydraulics for leaks.
C) Checking the CO
2
adjustment
- After completing the work, refit the casing cover and check
the CO
2
value with the boiler closed
Observe the CO emissions whilst making CO
2
adjustments. The gas combination valve is in-
correctly adjusted if the CO value is > 300 ppm
when the CO
2
value is correct. Take the following
steps:
- Fully insert the zero point adjusting screw
- Open the zero point adjusting screw 1½ revolutions
- Repeat the adjusting process from section A)
- The condensing boiler is correctly adjusted when the CO
2
values correspond to those in the adjacent table
