Function
The MLO Dynamic is an orthosis which
unloads the lumbar region by reducing
lordosis, and which functionally mobilizes
the lumbar region. The MLO Dynamic is a
circular non-stretch orthosis with elastic
inserts, which can be adjusted in width
and wraps around the torso. For unloading
the lumbar region and reducing lordosis,
three different types of pads are included
in delivery. Pad III is a chairback pad which
also supports the patient laterally. By re-
ducing the pad size step by step, a gradual
mobilization can be acchieved.
