M12 x 45mmX 1.75 Bolts, 12 Flat washers (24mm) and 6 Nyloc Nuts.
G 2 M16 x 50mmx 2.0mm Pitch, 2 Lock washers.
H 2 BUSH 30mm OD, 10mm Long.
J 4 M8 X 25 X 1.25mm, 8 Flat Washers (20mm), 4 Nyloc Nuts.
Z93 1 TIPPER TAILBOARD PROTECTOR (Please order separately for Tipper)
FITTING
Notes: Drilling will be required on the light board due to insufficient size of Slots on connecting L bracket.
Z93 TIPPER TAILBOARD PROTECTOR must be used with all Tipper versions. See separate instruction for use.
1. Disconnect the rear loom light connectors from the light board. Unscrew the 4 rear bolts connecting the L bracket
to the light Board and remove the board.
Dropside and Nissan Tipper
2. Starting on one side, unscrew the 6 M10 bolts on the chassis rail. Pull off the light board L bracket and slide
under, side arm

).
3. Refit using fasteners

through the L bracket, compressing the side arm
(D)
against the chassis rail. Use the
30mm flat washers on inside of chassis rail and leave loose. Use Bush (
H)
so that the sixth hole is mounted as
per exploded diagram
4. Carry out same process on opposite side, then refit bracket over side arm
(D).
5. Attach the Part
(A)
to the side arms. Use one bolt
(F)
either side to support the tube. Thread through Bolt
(G)
into
the cross bar passing through side arms
(D).

arrangement.
Ingimex Tipper
6. Starting on one chassis rail, unscrew the 5 M10 bolts. Pull off the light board L bracket and slide under side arms
(D
).
7. Carry out same process on opposite side, remove light bracket completely, then refit bracket over side arm
(D).
8. Refit using fasteners
(E)
through the L bracket and the tipper bracket, compressing the side arm against the
chassis rail. Use the larger flat washers on inside of chassis rail.
9. Attach the Part
(A)
to the side arms. Use one bolt
(F)
either side to support the tube. Thread through Bolt
(G)
into
the cross bar passing through side arms
(D).

arrangement.
Tightening sequence
10. Tighten up Bolts
(E)
on both sides, followed by bolts
(F)
and Bolts (
G)
.
11. To refit the light board some drilling is required. Use new fasteners
(J)
where possible to support the Light board
to the L bracket but leave loose. Drill the holes through until satisfied that all bolts can pass through.
12. Re attach loom to Light Board and carry out light check.
Note:
This towbar must be used with either a Witter Towball (part number Z1) or Class A50-1 or A50-X towball dimensionally
Conforming to A50-1 with a ‘D’ and ‘S’ value greater than or equal to that of the towbar.
Please refer to the vehicle specification for the trailer weight and nose limits, which
must be observed
.
Recommended torque settings:
M8 - 27Nm,
M10 - 53 Nm, M12 - 95 Nm, M14 - 150 Nm, M16 - 214 Nm
M10 (10.9) – 78Nm.
