4.4 Term description
SV
: set value (upper line, in key lock menu items no SV)
PV
: present value, measured by the device (lower line, in key lock menu item also upper line)
Main power
On / off switch.
Jog-Dial knob
Change SV by turning.
Push the knob for start and stop or probate set values.
Safety switch
The safety switch turns the heating off if your set maximal temperature is overshoot.
Set the maximal temperature rough 20
– 30 °C over the desired maximal temperature,
otherwise the device maybe not reaches your set value.
Lamp Switch
Switch for inner illumination.
MAIN button
For changing between the different menu items.
SUB button
For reaching the sub menu Items.
Timer lamp
Is blinking in menu items for timer modulation
Shines continuous in the key lock menu item.
Heating lamp
Shines if the heater is activated.
Refrigerator lamp
Shines continuous in the key lock menu item when refrigerator runs.
RS232C Connector
Monitoring and Controlling with PC by connecting RS232C cable.
5 Positioning the device and commissioning
1. Follow especially the safety instructions marked with following symbol:
2. Remove the package carefully.
3. If there are any unexpected transport damages, please inform your forwarder and your
customer service.
4. Before you connect the device with the electrical outlet, please let some time laps until
the device is acclimatised.
5. Make sure that you follow all safety instructions.
6. Set the safety switch 20
– 30 °C over the maximum temperature. Otherwise the device
maybe does not heat.
7. Connect the device with the power outlet.
8. Switch the device on.
9. Set your values and start the process (look at job description).
