4 Functionality
The fluid with impurities will go through the ball valve, the filtration chamber and filter outlet in
order� The filtering effect takes place in the filtration chamber� The magnet is placed at the center
of the filtration chamber, impurities with magnetic characteristics will be captured to its surface�
Impurities without magnetic characteristics will continue its set course to go through the filtering
mesh, where the larger particles collide with it� These particles will accumulate at the bottom of
the filtration chamber due to gravity, which can be easily removed during maintenance process�
Thus, all magnetic and non-magnetic impurities in the system are retained inside the filtration
chamber, so that only clean fluid flows out of the filter and protects the boiler�
