Heating characteristic (mode 1)
When the PWM signal is switched off, the pump runs at maximum speed. This ensures that the
system can function in an emergency, even if the controller is defective or the connection cable
is broken. As the PWM signal rises, the speed of the pump falls.
The following characteristic shows how the pump reacts to the various PWM signal levels. To
prevent the system from cycling, the characteristic has a hysteresis in zone D.
A = Maximum speed
B = Variable speed MIN – MAX
C = Minimum speed
D = Hysteresis ON – OFF
E = Stand-by mode OFF
