Your correspondent cannot hear you speaking or your voice is very weak.     

Press the left side volume key to adjust volume, make sure that the earphone hasn't been blocked.

Make sure that your phone has not been set to mute and the mic has not been blocked.

Check whether the phone is in calling hold mode.   

Cannot send or receive MMS.
