To get a smooth and clean finish on the HP
injection pipe, do the procedure that follows:
1) Use the applicable grade of the emery
) related to the quantity of
metal you want to remove.
2) Put the stencil (94870H) on the emery
cloth (1).
3) Use a pencil or a ball pen to make the
the inner shape.
4) Cut out accurately the shape.
5) Attach the emery cloth shape to the
grinding tool with the countersunk screw
(4).
6) Remove the claw from the end of the
applicable HP injection pipe (2).
7) Attach the HP injection pipe to a vice in a
horizontal position.
8) Attach the lock-nut (94870G) to the the
HP injection pipe (2).
9) Turn the lock-nut (94870G) to the
threaded end of the HP injection
pipe (2).
10) Attach the screw-on sleeve (94870E) to
the HP injection pipe (2).
11) Lock the screw-on sleeve (94870F) to
the HP injection pipe (2) with the lock-nut
(94870G).
12) Attach the tool (94870) to the
hand-drill (3).
13) Put the hand-drill (3) and tool (94870) accurately into the screw-on sleeve
(94870E).
14) Adjust the speed of the hand-drill (3) to a maximum of 500 rpm.
15) Use light pressure and operate the hand-drill (3) for approximately 5 seconds.
16) Regularly remove unwanted material from the grinding tool (94871).
17) Remove the tool (94870) from the screw-on sleeve (94870E).
18) Use a low pressure air supply to remove unwanted material from the HP injection
pipe (2).
19) Make sure that the circular marks around the sealing face of the pipe are
concentric.
20) Change the emery cloth for a smoother grade, then do step
until you get a smooth finish.

injection pipe.
22) Remove the tools from the HP injection pipe (2).
