3403 − 3 − Disassemble and assemble (open and clean the
cooling space, minimum one piston each three
years)

− Do a visual check through scavenge ports to
piston, piston rings and cylinder liner

− Do a visual check of cylinder liner 500 to 1000 (and at
every piston removal)
− Measure ring grooves, inspect the chromium
plating and re − chrome as necessary
