Reject water connections:
Mount the
drain hose
on the
RoMatik 150
with hose clips and route it to a
drain funnel
.
Note
: Once the appliance is fully assembled, the reject water connection must be easily accessible for main-
tenance work.
Once all the connections have been
completed
, the RoMatik 150 is
ready for operation
.
The start-up procedure must be performed by a
service technician trained at the Winterhalter works
in
accordance with the
"Start-up instructions for Winterhalter Gastronom RoMatik 150"
.
At the same time, the customer is briefed on the operation of the appliance.
Electrical connection:
Do not insert the mains plug: this must be done by your authorised Winterhalter service technician.
The electrical connection must be permanently guaranteed (including at night). There must be a constant
power supply to the appliance in order to avoid internal damage to the membrane.
