Follow below steps for installing the USB Com Port driver.

Connect WSG-2000 with USB cable to PC side and run “WSG-Tool”. The WSG-Tool will copy USB Com Port driver to the path of

“My documents \ WSG2000”. Then press “ESC” key on WSG-2000 to restart the WSG-2000.
User will see a menu on the WSG-2000, please select “Normal mode”. The Found New Hardware Wizard will pop up on PC as

below, please follow below steps.
