Chapter 4: Vehicle Mounting
This chapter describes how to mount the FM07 Vehicle Mount Computer. The FM07 is designed to be mounted
inside the vehicle with RAM mount or VESA mount.
4.1 Vehicle Mount Instruction
Make sure that the FM07
does not obstruct the driver’s vision and ensures safe driving.
The general steps to mount the device on the vehicle are as follows:
1. Install RAM mount to the vehicle.
2. Adjust the viewing angle of the FM07.
3. Install antennas if necessary.
4. Connect peripheral devices and cables.
5. Connect vehicle power.
6. Secure all cables.
4.2 RAM Mount Installation
The rear cover of this device is designed to be mounted to RAM Mount solutions, which provides different mounting
options to fit any industrial use or vehicle. Please notice that mounting kits are not included in the standard package
and should be ordered separately.
