Trouble Shooting
When the door is operating correctly, shortly after it has completed the locking sequence, you should hear
two short beeps only.
If not refer to the chart below:
Blue Top Locking System
Check Power supply
Power Failure
Lock only operates mechanically
Program Fob/Remote, replace
battery in remote.
Fob/Remote not authorised, Remote
battery dead.
Does not operate with Fob/Remote
Switch to Night Mode
Lock in Day Mode
Does not throw Dead Bolts
Open lock mechanically and
reposition Magnet.
No Power to Lock, Magnet out of
range.
No beeps
Contact WH Customer Services
As above, lock shut down.
10 short beeps
Check Air gap/keep alignment etc.
Operating forces too high, faulty
installation.
4 short beeps
