1I Dual Blower Kit
7. Re-attach dual blower plate to insert by following
removal instructions in reverse. Re-attach
blower wire to insert.
8. Place 8” round adapter (included with
UIX2916S) on top of insert and secure with (4)
M4x8 screws. Connect 8” round duct work.
For UIX3816S install 10” round adapter
(included with insert) on top of insert and secure
with (4) M4x8 screws. Connect 10” round duct
work.
note: The 8”and 10” round adapters are fi tted
with a metal damper to prevent outside airfl ow
from entering the kitchen.
The 6” round single blower is also fi tted with a
metal damper. If using the VEN111I dual blower
kit, the metal damper from the 6” round single
blower must be removed prior to instaling the
8”round adapter. See installation step 3 on page
11.
