Operation

Before using this equipment it must be cleaned and 

dried thoroughly. Clean all surfaces before use. Failure 

to clean surfaces before using the unit could cause food 
contamination. 
Always unplug the unit after every use and before 

cleaning. Unplug the unit when not in operation. 

• 

Allow unit to cool completely before cleaning. 

• 

Clean main body with a clean dry cloth and mild cleaning solution.

• 

Clean sealing wire and handle rubber cushion with clean dry cloth. 

Always keep the sealing platform clean and of residual and spills.

WARNING: 

• 

DO NOT use wet cloth or cleaning solution on sealing wire

• 

DO NOT immerse the device completely in water to clean. 

The appliance should also NOT be cleaned with a power 

washer. 

NOTE: 

Proper cleaning instructions must be followed; otherwise, 

operation of the unit may be seriously impaired. Do not 

wash parts in an automatic dishwasher.

WINCO authorized service personnel must perform any other servicing.

Cleaning & Maintenance

1.  Set unit on a flat level surface and check for clearance above 

the unit. Handle is normally up.

2.  Plug power cord into receptacle.
3.  Set seal time for 2 seconds, adjust the timer for more or less 

seal time as required.

4.  Place the bag on the sealing platform , and lower handle to 

automatically seal. The indicator light will turn off when seal 

time is completed. Wait 1-2 seconds of cooling time before 

lifting the handle.

5.  Inspect the seal, if seal appears damaged, reduce seal time as 

required.

6.  If the bag sticks to the handle rubber cushion, increase the 

wait cooling time before lifting the handle.

7.  Unplug power cord from the receptacle when unit is not in use.

Do not clean when plugged in - HOT! 

Unplug the unit and wait for unit to cool before 

cleaning.

result from a failure to follow fundamental rules and 

precautions.

• 

A WINCO® Approved Recommended Qualified Service Technician 

should carry out repairs if necessary. Do not remove any 

components or service panels on this product. 

• 

Allow the unit to cool down after use before dismantling for 

cleaning; 

the unit will be too hot to handle immediately 

after use. 

• 

Before cleaning, disconnect power cord from the outlet.

• 

Do not immerse unit in water or use hose to clean.

If the power cord is damaged, it must be replaced by a WINCO®
