1. 

Loosen pivot table knob.

2. 

Remove pivot table by pulling straight up on pivot table.

3. 

Find pivot table opening located in the upper front portion of the armrest cover.

4. 

Place pivot table opening over pivot table bracket and fit armrest cover over the front portion of the 
arm.

5. 

Fit the rear portion of the armrest cover over the rear of the arm. 

6. 

Gently insert pivot table into bracket.

7. 

Tighten knob.
