barrel keys for the RFiD Handgun Safe. Consult a locksmith to explore options.

How do I return my Defender® RFiD Handgun Safe for warranty work?

Call Winchester Safes at 877-9GUNSAFE to speak with Customer Service

Where can I find the serial number?

The serial number is located on the bottom of the safe. Prior to mounting the safe,

record the serial number for future reference.

Why isn’t my RFiD card, key fob or decal opening the safe?

Be sure the RFiD tag is programmed to your safe. This safe allows five (5) RFiD

tags to be programmed at once. Check the power source. If the unit is plugged into

an electronic outlet, the green LED light should be on. If the unit is on battery power,

press the center logo button on top of the safe to bring the system to ready status

before placing the RFiD tag on the reader.
