Replacement of soldering tips and soldering iron heating element

Unscrew the nut 

(1)

 and remove the steel tube 

(2)

 to remove the tip which has to be replaced.

For the replacement of the heating core’s element, you need to unscrew the plastic cap 

(4).

Pull out the heating core 

(6)

 gently along with the circuit board 

(7).

 Please carefully remember

the connection of the grounding spring 

(5).

The iron core must be welded off and replaced by the new heating core which can be fitted
well and easily. Please remember or note down the previous iron core connection.
