General cleaning
We recommend cleaning the kettle after using each time.
1. Unplug the power base from the electrical outlet.
2. Allow the kettle to completely cool down, then pour out any
remaining water.
3. Wash the kettle with warm, soapy water. Dry it thoroughly with a
soft, clean towel.
Descaling the Kettle
You should descale the kettle at least once a week if you use it
frequently. Descaling removes any mineral deposits that have built up
inside the kettle. Always descale the kettle after it has been stored for
long periods of time and before storing it.
1. Fill the kettle with 1 cup of distilled vinegar or lemon juice and 2
cups of water (1:2 ratio).
2. Boil the mixture, then let it soak in the kettle for 2 hours.
3. Pour out the solution, then wipe the limescale away with a cloth or
nonabrasive sponge.
4. Rinse the kettle with clean water, and dry with a soft cloth.
5. Repeat as needed.

Kettle will not switch“ON”
The kettle will not work
1. Check the power plug if is securely inserted into the
outlet.
2. Insert the power plug into an independent outlet.
3. Insert the power plug into a different outlet.
4. Reset the circuit breaker if necessary.
5. For additional safety, the kettle is fitted with a
thermal cut out. In the event of severe overheating,
the kettle will be automatically shut down to prevent
further damage. If this occurs,please call Willsence
Consumer Support.
Check the glass jug if is securely positioned on
the Power Base.
I cannot select a certain
function
1. It is under”Locking Mode”.
The smart tea pot will not work. Check the glass
jug is securely positioned on the power base.

Sleep Mode
If the unit is not in use for 5 minutes, it will revert to sleep mode.
The heater and all lights will be off, but your last selections will remain
in the unit’s memory.
To turn the kettle back on, simply press any button, or lift it up and then
return it to the base.
Memory Feature
Under the Keep Warm Mode , The kettle features an internal “memory”
that lets you leave the kettle off the base for up to 5 minutes without it
going into standby mode.
When returned to the base, it will restart the heating and/or Keep Warm
cycles right where they left off.
