FUSE REPLACEMENT:
A)
Fuse replacement of power cord (E) (replaceable 3 amp, 125 volt fuse is located in spare parts bag):
This plug will fit in a polarized outlet only one way. If the plug does not fit fully in the outlet, reverse the
plug. If it still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician. Do not use with an extension cord unless plug
can be fully inserted. Do not alter or replace the plug.

Grasp plug and remove from the receptacle or other outlet device. Do not unplug
by pulling on cord.
2.
Open fuse cover. Slide open the fuse access cover on top of attachment plug
toward blades.
3.
Remove fuse carefully.
4. Risk of fire. Replace with only a 3 amp, 125 volt fuse (provided with product).
5. Close fuse cover. Slide close the fuse access cover on top of attachment plug.
B)
Fuse replacement of power cord (E) (replaceable 3 amp, 125 volt fuses are located in spare parts bag):
1.
Grasp plug and remove from its power source.
2.
Locate blown fuse(s) by sliding access cover on top of plug towards prongs.
3.
Remove blown fuse by turning the plug over. Fuse should fall into your hand
(gentle tapping may be required).
4.
Locate spare replacement fuses in spare parts bag.
5.
Replace blown fuse with spare replacement fuse(s). Close fuse cover by sliding
fuse access cover towards the cord.
CAUTION
:
To reduce risk of fire – replace fuse in the plug with only 3 amp, 125 volt fuse.
Do not replace attachment plug. Contains a safety device (fuse) that should not be removed. Discard product
if the attachment plug is damaged.
BULB REPLACEMENT:
1.
Grasp plug and remove from its power source.
2.
Unlock the lock on the bulb socket.
3.
Pull bulb AND plastic base straight out of socket. Do not twist bulbs while you are removing them.
4.
Replace burned-out bulb with 3 V, 0.06 W LED bulb ONLY. (Additional bulbs are included for your
convenience.)
5.
Relock the lamp lock on the bulb socket.
If the new bulb base does not fit in bulb holder, follow these steps before step 4:
Pull reflector out.
Remove the base of the burned-out bulb by straightening the bulb leads,
and gently pull bulb out.
Thread leads of new bulb through holes in old base with one lead in each
hole.
After bulb is fully inserted into base, bend each lead up so that the leads will touch the contacts inside the
bulb holder.
Insert the reflector into the base.
