Carefully place the adapter plate onto the oven top, aligning the screw holes. Bolt
down the plate using the concretes screws. Wipe away any excess cement around
the edge of the plate using a cloth.

Allow the cement to dry per manufacturer’s instructions.

Upon drying, attach a section of pipe. The chimney used will have a 6” inside
diameter. The chimney length affects airflow in the oven. We recommend a minimum
of 48” of pipe to ensure proper air flow.
7.
Attach your chimney cap with the spark arrestor.

NOTE
: The exhaust hood must be no less than 24” from the top of the oven dome.
