Note for Ex device
In the model with the connection housing screw the hous-
ing cover on until it stops. The cover may need to be
opened again a bit in order to align the threaded pin in the
lid with the recess on the housing flange. In addition
tighten the threaded pin using the Allen wrench <1Nm
and secure using screw lock.
Please note that in the case of Ex d housings the
threaded pin must grip into the intended recess on the
housing flange!
Caution!
Equipotential bonding
In the case of a magnetic switch with connection housing
at least one terminal is available for equipotential bonding
inside and/or outside on the housing.
In the case of a magnetic switch with cable a terminal for
equipotential bonding is available outside on the housing.
Observe the earthing symbol in or on the housing.
